Patsy Ann Kreder

Patsy Ann Kreder, age 66, of West, passed away Wednesday evening, January 9, 2013 at her residence. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Patsy was born February 10, 1946 near Waco, the daughter of Mary F. (Shumake) and Jack O. Whiteley Sr. She attended schools in West and graduated from West High School in 1964. She then went to McLennan Community College and received an Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse. She worked for several nursing homes and hospitals in the West and Waco areas including West Rest Haven and West Community Hospital. Patsy loved spending time with her family and watching movies. Survivors include a son, Alvin Kreder, III and wife Mallory of Elm Mott; a daughter, Wende Barrington of West; a brother, Jack Whiteley Jr. and wife Leona of Granbury; a sister, Betty Wicks of Waco; four grandchildren, Lindsey Kreder, Allison Kreder, Sadie Barrington and Gary Wayne Barrington; four great-grandchildren, Tommy, Koby, Carlee and Mylee; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
