Margaret (Kral) Carlile, age 91, of Ross, passed away Thursday evening, March 9, 2023 at her residence.
A rosary will be recited 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, with Rev. Ed Karasek as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
Margaret was born May 17, 1931 in West, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Snokhous) Kral. She attended schools in West. Margaret was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption and a member of the KJZT St. Ludmila Society #11. She was a seamstress working for Wolf Manufacturing in West and Waco and Kirsch Mini Blinds in Waco, for many years before retiring. Margaret enjoyed cooking, canning, sewing, driving her tractor, gardening, and working and being outdoors. She especially loved listening and dancing to polka and country music.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Glenda Freeman; her spouse, Jimmie Nemec; grandchildren, Amanda Macik and J.D. Carlile; brothers, Alfonse, Edwin, and Dennis Kral; and sisters, Ann Jurek, Irene Kaska, and Teresa Kral.
Survivors include her children, Denise and Henry Macik of West, James and Marcia Carlile of Maricopa, AZ, Elizabeth and Robert Polansky of West, Margaret Gentry of West, John and Carylon Carlile of Leroy, Sandra Kaiser and Steve Dee of West, and Frank Carlile and June of Waco; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Active pallbearers are Lance Sembera, Preston Macik, Hayden Sembera, Hunter Sembera, Trent Carlile, Brandon Kaiser, John Carlile Jr., Daniel Polansky, and Jareth Freeman. Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Association.
