Freddy Lee

Freddy Lee, age 54, of West, passed away early Thursday morning, May 5, 2011 near Leroy. No funeral services will be held. Freddy was born November 3, 1956 in Lovington, New Mexico, the son of F. D. and Vivian Chlodell (Boen) Lee. He attended schools in Portales, New Mexico. He worked as a carpenter for most of his life and enjoyed going fishing. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include a son, Dylan Dean Lee of Bruceville; a daughter, Mysti Janek of West; his mother, Vivian Laake of West; two brothers, Don Baskin of Cross Plains, and Joe Lee of Lubbock; a sister, Katy Pustejovsky and husband Ronnie of West; three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including his best friends, Brenda Ballentine and David Weinberger.
