Floyd A. Parsons

Floyd A. Parsons, age 59, of Waco, passed away late Saturday morning, October 7, 2017 at the Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano. Per Floyd's wishes, no services will be held. Floyd was born September 16, 1958 in El Paso, the son of Peggie (Riggs) and William Parsons. He was a graduate of Clint High School in Clint, TX. Floyd served his country with the United States Navy. He was a truck driver for several companies and traveled all over the U.S. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and caring for his dogs. Floyd is preceded in death by his father, William Parsons; paternal grandparents, Lester and Epsie Parsons; and maternal grandparents, Frances Absher and Arthur Riggs. Survivors include his children, Heather Renea Parsons and her boyfriend, Bryan Slayton of Waco and William Cody Parsons and his wife, Deanne of Aspermont; his mother Peggie Payne of Rule; grandsons, Reagan and Logan; brothers, John Brookshire, Wade Foreman and David Foreman; a sister, Onjel Medford; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
