A talented hairdresser, Elnora owned and operated Elnora's Beauty Shop in West for many years, where she formed countless friendships and made everyone who walked through her door feel welcome. She was known for her hardworking spirit and independence, even mowing her own lawn well into her later years. Elnora enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting, tending to her beautiful flowerbeds, and dancing to lively polka music. Family and friends especially looked forward to her delicious homemade pecan pies and strudels, which were lovingly prepared and shared at many gatherings. She will be remembered for her warmth, determination, generous spirit, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.
