Virginia Earles

Virginia (Sullivan) Earles, age 82, of Lorena, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2:00 Wednesday at Aderhold Funeral Home, with Rev. Harry R. Earles officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery near West. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Virginia was born on April 7, 1926 in Fort Gibson, OK, the daughter of Henry and Cora (Hughes) Sullivan. She graduated from Ft. Gibson High School and attended Oklahoma Business School in Muskogee. On July 7, 1973, she was united in marriage to Teddy "T.R." Earles in Waco. He preceded her in death on February 26, 1999. Virginia was the manager of William Booth Garden Apartments in Waco for several years and previously worked for the Oklahoma Telephone Co. and American Optical. She also worked for Sinclair Bedding Co. in Waco and Sovereign Management Co. also in Waco before retiring in 1989. She loved to talk on the telephone and visit with people. Virginia also enjoyed cooking, traveling, and helping other people. Her parents; two grandchildren, Mark Kemp and Joshua Kemp; four brothers, John Sullivan, Larry Sullivan, Herman Sullivan, and Lance Sullivan; and two sisters, Alma Borovetz, and Josephine Sullivan also preceded her in death. Survivors include four sons, Frankie Caughenbaugh and wife Doris of Chalk Bluff, Mike Suter and wife Sandra of Lorena, John Suter and wife Tracy of Mart and Gil Suter of West; three daughters, Jean Baker and husband Ken and Ginger Deckard and fianc Sam Jarvis, all of Waco, and Debbie McAnulty and husband Pat of Mart; one sister, Judy Smith of Tulsa, OK; twenty grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; her dear friends, Charlie Barrett, Virginia Wilson, and Betty Perez; her dog "Little Man"; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Pallbearers are Scott Deckard, Stephen Deckard, Austin Anderson, Aron Suter, Justin Crim, Joe Allen Caughenbaugh, and David Caughenbaugh. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
