Mark Williams

Mark Williams, age 62, of West, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024 at his residence.

A Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West, with Rev. Terry McElrath officiating. Private burial will follow at Prairie Grove Cemetery in Aquilla.

Mark was born December 25, 1961 in Waco, the son of Byron and Patsy (Harris) Williams. He attended West Schools. On October 6, 1998 he was united in marriage to Pamela Ledbetter in West. Mark was a member of Tokio Baptist Church. He was a certified repossession agent for R & R Recovery Inc. for 25 years.  Mark also worked for the Waco Tribune Paper Route and Plantation Foods. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing dominoes, watching movies, and attending family gatherings. Mark was known to have never met a stranger and will be remembered for his laughter.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, James Williams; and nieces, Charidy Trevino and Jana Lee McElyea.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Pamela Williams of West; step son, Nathan Spires of Canton; siblings, Vicki Vochoska and husband Stephen, Becky Jo Tobola and husband James, Ada Green and husband James, Byron Williams, and Teresa King; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Brian Vochoska, Christopher Williams, Brian Stroven, James Nathan Tobola, Cody Harris, and Austin Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tokio Baptist Church or Prairie Grove Cemetery.
