Arnold M Patterson

Arnold M. Patterson, age 91, of Clifton, passed away Sunday morning, September 23, 2007 in a Waco nursing home. Graveside Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Emerald Hills Cemetery in Kennedale, Texas; with Rev. Jim Patterson, officiating. Mr. Patterson was born October 3, 1915 in Wichita Falls, Texas and had been a resident of Clifton for the past thirty years. He married Jewell Ray Wright on August 18, 1935 and she preceded him in death on March 3, 2003. He is also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dianna Armstrong, who died July 16, 2000. He owned and operated a automobile paint and body shop in Ft. Worth for a number of years. Mr. Patterson is survived by a son, Rev. Jim Patterson and wife Sue of Clifton; two granddaughters, Julia Leeper and Cindy Anthony and husband Tom, all of Clifton; a grandson Jim Patterson Jr. of Clifton; a sister, Dorothy McKeon of Kerrville; seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
